Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care is expanding and seeking dedicated physicians!

Locations (North of Boston):

• Wilmington, Woburn, Topsfield, Billerica, Stoneham and Plaistow, NH.

About the Role:

• Established, collegial primary care practices.
• 4-day clinical work week.
• Epic EMR.
• Team-based care approach.
• No call coverage required.
• 1:1 MA relationships and experienced front office staff.
• Focus on preventative medicine and care management.
• Work in community based and academic medical center settings.
• Emphasis on work life balance.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Pay Range:

$250,000.00 USD – $290,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary rangethe organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
