Job Summary:

Right at Home Central MO is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in Columbia, Missouri. As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your clients, while also being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing

• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences

• Collaborate with clients' healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and support

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided

• Travel to clients' homes in Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion Caregiver

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to clients
