Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitments from initial intake to successful closure.
• Collaborate with Clients, understanding their unique hiring wants, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates using our advanced CRM/ATS while also tapping into your networks and utilizing our proprietary communication tools.
• Utilize Our Innovative Platform to keep track of candidates, organize outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain order.
• Focus on Permanent Placements driving sustainable value for clients and rewarding commissions for yourself.
• Be a Thought Leader as you help elevate both our brand and yours.
