Roofing Field Supervisor/Foreman – Lead Field Operations and Quality Assurance

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of residential roofing and siding projects. This role allows you to manage crews and ensure high-quality installations for an ethical, family-rooted company that has valued honesty and customer care since 1976. You will have the autonomy to oversee job sites while receiving the support of a leadership team that knows you by name.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Supervise and manage daily roofing and siding field crews to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage the daily execution of field work, checking each stage of the removal and installation process in strict accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
• Coordinate complex daily tasks and remain on the job site at all times to maintain strict project timelines, except when retrieving additional materials.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring strict compliance with OSHA regulations and construction site safety protocols.
• Resolve real-time technical, logistical, and interpersonal issues on-site promptly to prevent project delays or safety hazards.
• Execute hands-on repairs and field work as needed to maintain project momentum and uphold craftsmanship standards.
• Act as the primary field representative for the company values of honesty, culture, and premium customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the roofing, siding, and construction field.
• Proven ability to lead field crews, manage multiple tasks, and execute complex exterior installations with minimal oversight.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to residential construction sites.
• Absolute willingness to remain present on assigned job sites and travel to various projects as required by the business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for interacting with team members, contractors, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or training junior installers and crew members in a field environment.
• Advanced knowledge of diverse residential roofing and siding systems, material management, and specialized repair techniques.
• Proven attention to detail when auditing multi-stage installation and material removal workflows.
