Registered Nurse - ICULocation: North Richland Hills, TXAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM, rotating weekendsJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our high-acuity ICU unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Meditech.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Active Texas RN License (temp license not accepted)Minimum of 2 years of ICU experienceBLS and ACLS certifications requiredExperience with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilated patientsPost CABG care experience preferredMeditech experience preferredDress Code: Employees are required to wear royal blue scrubs. Clean and healthy nails without artificial enhancements are mandatory.
