Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Manager

City/State: Scranton, Pennsylvania

Shift: 8 hr shifts, 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00; Variable start times possible for meetings

Contract Length: 90 weeks

Start Date: 06/15/2026

Job Description:

The Operating Room Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the operating rooms, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining excellent patient care.

Requirements:

5+ years experience
Prefer CNOR
Experience as OR leader and trauma experience
Strong understanding of Current AORN Guidelines and evidenced based practice
Leading results for KPI: Turnaround times and First case on time starts
TJC and DOH survey experienced. Regulatory preparedness focused.
New project roll-outs and sustained compliance
Managing in a collective bargaining department
UKG/Kronos/Workday/staff scheduling
Can provide direct care for pts in OR.
HRO trained would be nice
