Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff , ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans, promoting positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Conduct performance evaluations , provide constructive feedback, and coach staff members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives , identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records and reports , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
