Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Clarksville, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. Candidates should have experience in outpatient settings, although new graduates are also welcome to apply. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and exercises.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week with daily patient load of 12-14 patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
