Job Description

Administer and maintain ServiceNow platform configurations and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data.

Configure, monitor, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using Integration Hub.

Configure and administer ServiceNow applications, including ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping, to support infrastructure visibility and workflow automation.

Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow application suites, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Service Catalog.

Support ServiceNow platform activities, including ServiceNow upgrades, patch set analysis, and instance cloning across development, test, and production environments.

Prepare testing strategies and create and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure traceability of business requirements through ServiceNow workflows, testing activities, and defect resolution.

Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts across the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to validate ServiceNow application functionality, workflow automation, and business processes.

Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to execute automated testing of ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Manage end-to-end Defect Lifecycle Management and perform risk-based testing to support application quality and functionality.

Provide technical assistance and guidance to professional and technical staff while following ServiceNow best practices.

Work on Integration Test Framework (ITF), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Risk-based testing (RBT). Other similar duties as assigned.

Special Requirements: Experience must include: ServiceNow upgrades, Patch set analysis, and instance cloning; ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ATF); discovery; service mapping; developing test scripts; ITF, STLC, WBS; test strategies, RTM, test plans, test scenarios, and RBT. Various worksites: relocation to project-based unanticipated worksites within USA possible.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 5 years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained OR a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in which the required experience was gained.
