JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE ATTENDANT

Non-Exempt Position REPORTS TO: Shipping and Warehouse Supervisor/Plant Manager DEPARTMENT: Warehouse

BASIC FUNCTION:

Provide production materials required to maintain daily productivity.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pull production units/parts as required for WO. Make required inventory transactions. Maintain accurate and organized inventory within the warehouse. Maintain order and neatness in the warehouse. Exhibit interpersonal skills sufficient to perform as an active team member.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic communication and computer skills. Previous experience with reach trucks and fork lift operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Conduct all interactions with customers, vendors, field sales representatives, co-workers, and supervisors in a focused, positive, courteous and respectful manner. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Regular attendance is an essential element of the job. Unplanned absences have the potential to impair the operation of the department and diminish effectiveness of the company.
