Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, including evaluation and development of functional treatment plans.
• Experience with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred.
• Ability to supervise or delegate discipline-specific therapy services and participate in student training preferred.
• Must not be a new graduate; prior clinical experience required.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Duration: 13 weeks.
• Hours per week: 40 hours per week.
• Start: ASAP.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
