Assistant Store Manager: Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Boot Barn

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will partner with the Store Manager to lead the team and uphold our Mission, Vision and Values. You will foster a service and selling culture, coach partners, and maintain merchandising standards. You will manage daily store operations, Drive sales, train staff, control inventory, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires leadership, collaboration with District and Store Support Center partners, and a strong store performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Boot Barn
