Location 9252 BUSH ST,Plymouth, CA, 95669-9008,United States Employee Type PT Non Exempt Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions Check guest satisfaction throughout service and resolve concerns appropriately Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and comps Follow all alcohol service laws and casino gaming regulations Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health department standards Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, hosts, and fellow servers Respect and uphold tribal culture, values, and guest service standards Perform side work and opening/closing duties as assigned Requirements Required Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license(s) Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe ) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–40 lbs.) Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions Indoor restaurant and casino environment Exposure to noise, crowds, and secondhand smoke (where applicable) Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Employment Disclaimer Nothing in this job description alters the at-will nature of employment or creates a contract of employment.
