Be an Expert: Understand quality processes for produce; prepare products per standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; comply with laws and policies. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld devices for decisions; adapt to new tools. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage inventory; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per policy. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and energy; promote department and club experience. Complies with company policies and ethics; uses Open Door Policy in business processes. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating with managers and customers, and adapting to change.
