Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) Location: Somerset, KY, US, 42503 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years old. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Preferred Qualifications The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
