Director of Clinical Operations | Cardiology Platform (PE Backed) Wichita, KS (onsite/field based) About the Opportunity The Las Olas Network is partnering with a leading, physician-led cardiovascular platform to hire a Director of Clinical Operations to lead one of the organization's highest-performing markets in Wichita, Kansas. This is a true operator role with full P&L ownership across 4 clinic locations, supporting 12 cardiologists and 15 advanced practice providers, in a market generating $30M+ in annual revenue. You'll be responsible for driving performance, integrating an expanding imaging operation (including a second PET/CT unit), and building strong physician alignment across a high-volume, physician-led practice. What You'll Own Full operational and financial performance across a 4-site, $30M+ revenue cardiovascular practice Revenue optimization, expense management, and operating margin Direct partnership with physicians on performance and workflow optimization Leadership and development of functional leaders across nursing, medical assistants, imaging, and front office operations Cross-site standardization while preserving physician autonomy Integration and capacity planning for an expanding imaging operation, including a second PET/CT unit Recruitment, development, and mentorship of the next generation of clinic leadership What We're Looking For Multi-site physician services experience (cardiology or specialty care preferred) 7+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience Background in a PE backed or high-growth healthcare environment Proven P&L ownership with measurable financial accountability Experience overseeing advanced diagnostic imaging operations (PET/CT, outpatient imaging, or procedural services a plus) Comfortable engaging physicians, including around performance and workflow drivers High energy, field-oriented leader who’s both strategic and hands‑on Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MHA preferred Why This Role Stands Out High-visibility leadership role in one of the platform’s top-performing markets Direct impact on physician performance and continued market growth Front‑row seat to a major imaging expansion (second PET/CT integration) Clear runway to shape the market’s future leadership structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
