Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Ainsworth, NE 69210
Job Type: 13-Week Contract | Local & Traveler
Schedule: Rotating Schedule | 36–48 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $1,700 - $2,100/Week (Based on Experience & Eligibility)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care in a Long-Term Care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, medication administration experience, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Active Nebraska RN License or Compact RN License.
BLS Certification required.
Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
LTC, Skilled Nursing, Geriatric, or Rehab experience preferred.
EMR experience preferred.
Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
Assess and monitor resident conditions.
Develop and update individualized care plans.
Perform wound care, IV therapy, and nursing procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise CNAs and LPNs as needed.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
