The Manufacturing Associate supports production by assembling and inspecting automotive interior and exterior components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on assembly work, monitoring product quality, and helping maintain the flow of materials through the production line. Duties: Automotive Assembly Associates assist in the manufacturing of interior and exterior automotive parts.

• Assemble interior and exterior automotive components by following work instructions and production standards
• Use assembly line machinery, automated equipment, and small hand tools to complete production tasks
• Assist with machine operations, including processes such as injection molding when needed
• Inspect finished parts for defects and confirm products meet quality specifications
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
• Move parts between workstations and support the overall flow of the production line
• Load and unload materials used in production
• Support shipping, receiving, or forklift operations, depending on department needs

Position Requirements: This position typically involves standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and handling light to moderate materials.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 40 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $13.50 - $18.75 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
