Job Skills / Requirements

Position Overview:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers' buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour – Cleaner: Primarily standard cleaning duties with occasional work in chiller and freezer environments.

$19.00 per hour – Chiller/Freezer Cleaner: Role is primarily based in cold storage areas, with most of the shift spent working in chiller and freezer conditions.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using approved products, tools and procedures
• Use all cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, etc.
• Keep an ongoing stock of supplies in designated areas such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Physical Demands:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
