Exceptional Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, PTO Dynamic Environment : Every day brings new challenges and the chance to learn something new Shift Availability B‑Days: Thurs‑Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 AM-6:30 PM B‑Nights: Thurs‑Sat and every other Wednesday, 6 PM-6:30 AM ($4 shift differential) Your Flight Path Responsibilities You’ll contribute to state‑of‑the‑art projects that push the boundaries of engineering and technology From loading parts and operating controls to deburring and inspecting, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success You’ll work independently after training and help us meet our goals for quality and innovation Pre‑Launch Checklist Must be 18+ years old and have at least a GED (some college preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude Experience working with calipers, micrometers, FANUC controls, and milling experience preferred Proven job stability and a desire for a long‑term role in a forward‑thinking company This position involves access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
