RN - Long Term Care (LTC) - PRN Days

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver individualized resident care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care, ensuring residents' health maintenance, preventative care, diagnosis, and treatment. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegate tasks appropriately, and support staff to ensure safe and effective resident care. Maintain compliance with nursing standards, ethical practices, and state regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure. Obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications. Demonstrate competency in age-specific standards and nursing scope of practice. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate resident services, educate residents, and support staff. Function within professional standards and ethical guidelines, including delegation and supervision of care tasks.
