Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience. All required certifications must be in hand. Experience with the EPIC charting system is required. Position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of patient conditions. The Emergency Room serves a diverse patient population across multiple age groups. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various healthcare professionals. Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety is essential. The role includes exposure to acute, and potentially life-threatening conditions. Candidates must demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work weekends is required.
