The Role:
* Location: Pittsfield, MA
* Assignment duration: 08/01/2026 - 10/31/2026 (91 days)
* Type: Travel
* Number of Positions: 1
* Shift Type: Days - 8 hours guarantee / 32 hrs per week guaranteed
* Guaranteed Hours: 8
* CRNA Certification (AANA) - Required
* ACLS, BLS - Required
* State License: Massachusetts required or willing to obtain
* Minimum Experience: 2 years preferred; accepting new grads
* Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse
* Supervision: Supervised (MDs oversee CRNAs)
* Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3-5 Main OR, 12-15 Endo
* Trauma Level: 3
* OR Staff: Collaborative
* Number of Operating Rooms: 9 Main OR, 5 Endo
* Practice Setting: Main OR / Endoscopy
* Procedures: General Adult and Pediatric Surgical Cases, IV Regional Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases
* Overtime: After 10 hours
* Holiday Pay: 1.5x (will not guarantee 32 hours on holiday weeks)
* Credentialing: Estimated 90 days
* Facility Reimbursements: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car (reimbursement model)
* Weekend Call: Possible
* NPDB Self-Query required at time of presentation (pulled within same month as submission)
