Warehouse Worker (1st Shift)

We're hiring a Warehouse Worker to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and material handling operations in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. If you have experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, or general labor, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company and future union benefits.

What You'll Do

Perform shipping and receiving duties
Prepare, package, label, and wrap products for shipment
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices as needed
Measure and cut materials accurately
Complete shipping paperwork and enter information into computer systems
Operate a forklift (certification provided if needed)
Maintain a safe, organized work area
Lift and move materials throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience
At least 6 months of forklift experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure/ruler accurately
Experience using hand and power tools
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows programs)
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Machine operation experience
Manufacturing or production background

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
