Role Overview Join an interdisciplinary team as a registered nurse, applying professional nursing knowledge and skills to deliver and manage patient care through the nursing process. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, assessment, and planning Apply the nursing process to ensure quality care Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment Maintain compliance with certifications and licensing requirements Support patient safety and comfort throughout care delivery Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license (Illinois or relevant jurisdiction) BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS within 1 year Educational background in nursing (Diploma or Bachelor's Degree) Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills Ability to adhere to healthcare standards and protocols Key Attributes Commitment to patient-centered care Adaptability in fast-paced healthcare settings Dedication to continuous learning and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
