Entry-Level CDL-A Truck Driver

We are currently hiring recent CDL-A graduates who are looking to begin a professional driving career in the trucking industry. This position is designed for entry-level drivers and includes a structured paid training program with an experienced mentor.

No prior over-the-road experience is required.

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level CDL-A Driver, you will complete a hands-on training program that provides the skills and experience needed to safely operate a commercial vehicle and build a successful career in transportation. Upon successful completion of training, drivers transition into full-time driving positions hauling dry van freight.

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid training with an experienced driver mentor

• $650 per week during training

• Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,400 after training

• 90% no-touch freight

Training Program

• 200+ hours of supervised driving and hands-on instruction

• One-on-one mentoring with an experienced CDL-A driver

• Focus on safety, trip planning, backing, inspections, and operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• Graduate of an accredited CDL training program with at least 120 hours of instruction completed within the past two years

• No major moving violations within the past six months

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Stable employment history with no unemployment gaps of six months or longer

• Ability to meet DOT requirements

• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
