PTO & Sick Time About the role The receiving associate will receive and process all incoming inventory and materials to ensure proper inventory counts and proper put‑away processes. What you’ll do Receive and track inventory Responsible for all daily inbound shipments with accuracy Scan and verify order details in the WMS system Put away all incoming inventory accurately Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Follow SOPs and safety guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience a plus Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge Ability to read numerals and English Excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment NetSuite experience is a bonus Operate equipment (IE: sit‑down forklift, stand‑up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck) Forklift certification preferred Physical Demands Standing, walking, reaching/bending, endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity, exposure to varying conditions, repetitive motion, lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises. 8‑hour work shift.
