Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
About the Role:
CHE Behavioral is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our team of dedicated professionals providing behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers. As a representative of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to residents, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy sessions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans in accordance with established standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services rendered
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
