Associate Director, Business Insights and Analytics - Respiratory

Role: Associate Director leading the Business Insights and Analytics (BIA) team's performance sub-team, serving as a strategic 'Quarterback' to deliver data-driven marketing insights.

Responsibilities

provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders
lead a team of analysts
collaborate with cross-functional teams (data visualization, data solutions)
manage analytics projects
promote innovation using AI and advanced methodologies
ensure insights align with industry trends and contribute to business process enhancements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
5+ years in complex analytics within pharma/biotech/healthcare, especially with healthcare performance data like patient claims
Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD)
experience with Patient Support Services and specialty pharmacy analytics
team management experience
proficiency in statistical modeling, programming, and AI
