Manager is requiring candidate's have knowledge of reciprocities, understand living and working in different jurisdictions, be familiar with how to locate specific state / local tax laws etc. What would stand out to a manager: A person would stand out if they have ADP / Vantage experience, understand case management for employee issues and corresponding within the platform. The team needs an independent thinker and someone who is not afraid to try things or offer suggestions. Someone with payroll experience, someone who understands pretax items and the impact on wages, who can think through payroll adjustments, someone with great communication skills who can communicate with employees. Someone who is professional and responsible, someone who has great follow through.
