Job Overview Arbors at Ridges Assisted Living is located on the Ebenezer Ridges Burnsville Campus near Fairview Ridges Hospital. Arbors at Ridges offers 62 breathtaking apartments. Ebenezer is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide who would be responsible for providing personal cares, passing medications, and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being! Position is located in Burnsville, MN at our beautiful care center, in the Assisted Living. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. This caregiver schedule includes: 80 hours every two weeks, full-time Day shift. 7am-3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend Full Benefits package: (matching retirement, medical, dental, paid time off, more) Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! Responsibilities Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as: passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff. Assists with the onboarding of new staff. Required CNA certification is only required if under 18 years old Preferred Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers. Ability to work in a team setting and support others. Curious to work with a diverse and older population. High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course. Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA.
