Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with healthcare marketing, home health sales, medical services sales, or relationship-based business development experience.

As an In-Market Sales Representative, you will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, memory care communities, rehabilitation centers, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and healthcare providers throughout Palm Beach County.

You'll serve as a trusted resource by educating referral partners about TLC Transport Solutions' services and helping connect patients with safe, dependable transportation solutions.

This is a full-cycle sales role where you will manage the entire relationship-building process from prospecting and outreach through partnership development and ongoing account management.

What You'll Do

• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, and healthcare organizations

• Meet with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, administrators, and healthcare professionals

• Educate referral partners on TLC Transport Solutions' transportation services

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, community outreach, and in-person prospecting

• Manage and grow a portfolio of referral accounts

• Follow up consistently with referral partners and healthcare organizations

• Maintain strong relationships that generate recurring referrals and long-term business growth

• Represent the company professionally within the healthcare community

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, healthcare marketing, account management, or relationship-based sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships

• Comfortable meeting with healthcare professionals and organizational decision-makers

• Self-motivated with strong time management skills

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Palm Beach County

Compensation

Draw + Commission Structure

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• Weekly pay
