BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: Los Angeles, CAHYBRIDOur client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Business Litigation Practice in Los Angeles. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate litigator to work on complex, high-exposure business litigation matters with a collaborative and dynamic team.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record and demonstrated writing skillsActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing, required.3-8 years of substantive litigation experience, required (personal injury, medical malpractice and/or catastrophic injury matters highly preferred)Demonstrated stand up experience (including depositions and courtroom oral advocacy) and trial experience are strongly preferred.Proven legal research, writing, and analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently, on high-exposure trial matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.Highly motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to exceptional client service and effective teamwork.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and assist with high-stakes business litigation matters across industriesConduct discovery, including taking and defending depositionsDraft and argue motions and briefs in state and federal courtsParticipate in trial preparation, hearings, and courtroom proceedingsCollaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams to develop case strategiesCommunicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and internal teamsWhy Join Us?This position offers the chance to play a central role in significant litigation matters with meaningful courtroom exposure and trial involvement.
