As we continue to grow, we're adding a Store Manager to our Chicago-area leadership team, supporting locations in the western suburbs. What You'll Do Lead & Grow Your Team: Recruit, train, and coach employees to deliver outstanding service Drive Store Success: Analyze sales, manage inventory, and implement strategies to maximize performance Create a Great Experience: Keep your store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times Support Customers: Resolve issues with professionalism and build lasting loyalty Maintain Standards: Oversee safety, cash handling, and company policy compliance Jump In Where Needed: Support nearby locations and tackle challenges with confidence Requirements What You Bring 5+ years of retail leadership (Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager) Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency and reliability in fast-paced settings Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and auto insurance (required) Benefits Why You'll Love Working at Rebel Flexible scheduling Paid, hands-on training Career growth—we promote from within Positive, team-driven culture Competitive pay + benefits for full-time employees Quarterly bonus opportunities!
