Customer Account Coordinator

We are partnering with a Japanese electronic components manufacturer seeking to add a Customer Account Coordinator to their team. Title: Customer Account Coordinator Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Manage outbound shipments, order releases, and urgent delivery requests Monitor inbound shipments; report delays and file claims for lost/damaged goods Conduct monthly transit time analysis and logistics reporting Allocate inventory during supply-constraint periods and coordinate with planning teams Maintain logistics data, warehouse reports, and invoices Process internal orders for excess stock and monitor transfers Handle carrier plate orders, forecasts, pricing updates, and RMAs Support cross-dock/in-bond documentation, 3PL data reviews, and monthly reporting Provide team backup and assist with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience SAP software experience and proficiency in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking ability Familiarity with U.S. import logistics and freight forwarder processes (preferred) Understanding of procurement, inventory control, and customer service operations (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr TOP Group - Japanese Recruiting Agency
