You will be instrumental in developing sophisticated models, building efficient data pipelines, and creating automated analytical solutions that drive strategic initiatives, directly influencing key business decisions and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models to support strategic decision-making. Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other related Azure services. Develop analytical solutions and automation scripts primarily using SQL and Python. Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance. Support critical data integrations, ETL processes, and comprehensive reporting solutions. Work with tabular data models, including SSAS cubes, to provide deep analytical insights. Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across all planning and reporting platforms. Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate complex workforce planning requirements into effective analytical solutions. What You’ll Bring Advanced SQL development and database design expertise. Strong Python programming skills, specifically for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks. Extensive experience with Azure SQL Database administration, including performance tuning and troubleshooting. Proven ability in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance. Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models. Familiarity with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and dimensional modeling. A solid understanding of Azure data platform services and cloud-based data architectures. Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of applicable experience in data analysis and engineering.
