Program Management Analyst, PRxO Generics

Cencora seeks a Program Management Analyst to support generic pharmaceutical pricing and customer operations. The role involves managing customer setup, pricing rules, rebates, and providing cross-functional operational support to internal business partners.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and customer operations teams on customer onboarding and pricing setup
Field and resolve sales inquiries related to pricing, rebates, and customer setup
Conduct financial analysis for deal structures and pricing initiatives
Assess and resolve issues related to invoicing, customer setup, pricing, or supply problems
Document processes and procedures; educate sales teams on pricing strategies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, analytics, finance, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of related and progressively responsible experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Effective oral and written communication abilities
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, SAP, or Salesforce preferred
