Posting Summary - The Associate Dean of the Entry to Baccalaureate Nursing Practice Division provides strategic, academic, and operational leadership for all pre-licensure nursing programs and post-baccalaureate certificate programs. This role ensures program quality, regulatory compliance, faculty excellence, and student success across all campuses. The Associate Dean collaborates closely with the Assistant Deans, Program Directors, DSCL leadership, and Executive Leadership to maintain a cohesive, high-performing academic environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience - Doctorate in Nursing Terminal doctoral degree (DNP or PhD Preferred) Minimum 3 years' experience teaching in nursing Active nursing professional experience to practice in the State of New Jersey. Prior academic administration and leadership experience.

Certifications/Licenses - Current licensure or eligibility for RN licensure in New Jersey

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Adaptable, team player who has a strong collaborative style. Creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm. Strong interpersonal and team skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
