A prominent Manhattan law firm with a highly regarded commercial real estate practice is seeking an experienced counsel or partner level attorney to join their busy group. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters alongside experienced partners in a collegial, well-resourced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm
• Substantive "dirt" real estate background, including two or more of the following: acquisitions & dispositions, commercial leasing, joint ventures, and commercial finance
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• NY bar admission required
