Technician

Teltec Semiconductor Pacific (S) Pte Ltd is a growing Sales and Service organization serving mainly the Semiconductor (Frontend and Backend) and the Optoelectronics Industry. We are cordially inviting applications to fill the following positions to handle the company’s represented Equipment and Materials for the mentioned applications. Positions are open in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: Conduct on-site installation & servicing of complex equipment & systems Provide troubleshooting & repair support for customer (occasional support over the phone will be required) Provide product training for customers & end-users Follow up on customer requests for applications & provide pre & post sales technical support Attend to all customer requests promptly & follow-up outstanding application and service issues for proper closure Cultivate & develop positive working relationships with customers, users & company personnel To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Diploma holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or above Motivated individuals with strong initiative towards problem solving Strong drive to professional technical to achieve customer satisfaction & grow with the company Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment & systems & document findings effectively for next-level escalation where necessary Able to read & interpret schematic diagrams Fluent in verbal & written communication of both English & Mandarin languages (Role will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers / overseas colleagues) Able to work independently with minimum supervision & occasional long hours Occasional overseas travel may be required for customer support / factory training purposes #J-18808-Ljbffr
