Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Dental Insurance Verification) Location: Denton Office, Dentalogic Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to kick-start your career in the dental industry? Dentalogic is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Data Entry Specialist to become a part of our vibrant team in Denton. In this role, you'll dive into the world of dental insurance, ensuring dental practices and their patients have the accurate insurance information they need for seamless care experiences. What You’ll Do Accurately enter and update dental insurance plan details into practice management software, ensuring the highest data quality. Retrieve insurance information from various portals and transform it into easy-to-understand formats for dental practices. Engage directly with clients, providing top-notch service through phone, email, or our collaborative dashboard. Embrace a variety of tasks, contributing to our mission of simplifying dental care. Who You Are A high school graduate (or equivalent) with a flair for technology and a keen eye for detail. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel, and comfortable with office tech and equipment. An effective communicator in English, both in writing and speech, who values customer satisfaction.
