Assistant General Manager
PINCHO
The AGM position comes with a starting salary of $40,000 to $45,000 , additional bonus compensation of up to $6,000yr , and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance.
Requirements- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of management experience in business or food & beverage
- Proven track record of successfully promoting team members
- Experience in identifying and developing talent within a team
- Ability to make difficult personnel decisions
- You will be an ambassador of the PINCHO core values.
- Competent in all FOH & BOH positions
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH & BOH
- Accountable for line speed to be measured using transaction times
- Handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Pincho standards
- Attend weekly meetings with General Manager
- Review weekly employee schedules
- Assist General Manager in completing weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Pincho culture
