Scheduling Team Lead

Supporting a growing Scheduling Department, the full-time remote Scheduling Team Lead will guide scheduling staff, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient appointment scheduling for disability evaluations and occupational health services. Key responsibilities Support and guide scheduling staff to ensure daily work is completed accurately and on time Monitor scheduler productivity and performance, providing updates to management Identify scheduling issues and communicate solutions to leadership Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of clerical, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience Previous scheduling or call center experience preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computer systems and data entry #J-18808-Ljbffr The IMA Group
