Join Our Exciting Team as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description: - Are you passionate about providing exceptional care in the labor and delivery setting? - Join us for a rewarding opportunity where you’ll play a crucial role during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of obstetrical care. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize the Nursing Process according to the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering patient care. Qualifications: - Current RN License - Certifications: NRP, STABLE, BLS, ACLS - Experience in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and nursery preferred.
