Tetra Tech is seeking a Cost Estimator to support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs by developing accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, emergency work, and permanent work projects. Assignments may be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on client needs and project requirements. You will evaluate damaged infrastructure, develop and validate scopes, prepare cost estimates, and support funding eligibility determinations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tetra Tech
