We are seeking motivated Medical Assistants to support our growing practice. This role involves a blend of administrative and clinical tasks, including phone handling, scheduling, charge entry, and assisting patients. The position offers flexibility with remote work options and requires availability for in-office support 1 or 2 mornings per week. Immediate hiring with potential for increased hours as the practice expands. Bilingual candidates and students are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling using electronic software
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Enter charges and maintain accurate billing records
• Assist patients both administratively and clinically
• Provide office support and maintain organization
• Offer bilingual support as needed
• Perform tasks remotely and on-site as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in medical assisting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual communication abilities
• Customer service orientation
