Sr Product Manager
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc
Senior Product Manager role at Thermo Fisher Scientific responsible for strategic growth and innovation of the Chillers and Heat Exchangers product lines. Develops product positioning, manages new product development initiatives, and drives portfolio performance across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning strategy for products considering price, volume, share, and profitability
- Lead cross-functional new product development teams from definition through market introduction
- Conduct market research and voice of customer analysis to drive product planning decisions
- Monitor and report on financial performance, sales trends, and competitive pricing analysis
- Support marketing communications development including collateral, eCommerce plans, and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Engineering
- 4-6 years product management or related experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- New product development and commercialization experience
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-30%
- Experience in global, matrixed organizational environments
- Excellent project management and communication skills
