Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicating proactively with your District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues. Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely. Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process. Hanging signage, assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors. Providing coverage during peak times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Experience: Prior retail or merchandising experience is required; knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Preferred skills and abilities Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills. Interpersonal skills and ethical conflict resolution. Self-directed with minimal supervision. Working Conditions Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather. Shifts vary, generally from 4 to over 8 hours. Travel between store locations using personal vehicle is required. Adhere to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment. Physical Requirements Travel as needed across district. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Lift or reach overhead occasionally. Stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
