This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members Build a positive, accountable team culture Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns Operations & Guest Experience Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently Business & Financial Performance Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts Control labor, food costs, and cash handling Review performance and take action to improve results Administrative & Operational Support Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Forecast staffing and business needs Complete basic reporting and admin tasks What We’re Looking For High school diploma (or equivalent) Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required) ServSafe Certification (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills Reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
