Job Description Job Description Overview: Repair Quality Engineer – Rio Rancho, NM Pay: $22+/hour DOE Company: Ōnin Staffing is hiring for one of our clients in the Rio Rancho area. Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Repair Quality Engineer for a client in the Rio Rancho area. This role is ideal for someone with strong quality assurance experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support repair operations, documentation, auditing, training, and customer quality requirements. Responsibilities Oversee the Repair Quality Department in the absence of the Repair QA Manager Prepare quality procedures and supporting documentation as assigned Monitor and track nonconforming materials Assist with internal audits and quality system compliance Serve as a customer quality liaison when needed Review customer orders for quality requirements Provide quality training to teammates Verify and track process training completion Support repair quality assurance processes and documentation Complete all duties and tasks assigned by the Repair Quality Assurance Manager Skills and Experience: Requirements Quality assurance or quality engineering experience preferred Strong understanding of quality procedures, documentation, and compliance Ability to review customer requirements and follow detailed processes Experience with audits, nonconforming material, or corrective action processes preferred Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to train others and track process compliance Comfortable working in a repair, manufacturing, aviation, or technical environment Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is detail-driven, organized, and confident supporting quality processes in a fast-paced repair environment. This person should be able to communicate clearly, follow procedures, assist with audits, and help ensure work meets customer and quality standards.
